"PWA was able to do everything my secretary general did and more. And at a very reasonable price."

Serving Leaders Is Personal for Us
We started PWA after watching leaders we love carry heavy administrative loads on top of their providential responsibilities, and deciding to do something practical about it.
Read Our HeartRooted in True Mother's Words
Our name comes from True Mother's teaching that pure water is clear, life-giving, and continually moving in order to stay pure. That is what we want to be for the providence: a clear, steady stream that refreshes leaders and keeps mission work moving.
Aligned with the Vision of Dr. Hak Ja Han, we serve so that pastors, Tribal Messiahs, and community leaders can give their full heart to Heavenly Parent's work, and still have meaningful time for their own families.
Who You're Trusting With Your Ministry
We understand that you're not simply handing off tasks. You're trusting us with information and responsibilities connected to the daily life of your ministry. Here's how we take that responsibility seriously.
Carefully Screened
Candidates go through an application review and interview that evaluates their experience, communication, reliability, initiative, availability, and overall fit before they are accepted for onboarding.
Trained Before Client Work
Before beginning paid training or client work, every VA must complete and pass a 10-hour onboarding program covering PWA's mission and values, communication standards, core tools, and a client-service scenario, followed by a quiz, progress report, and recorded skills demonstration.
Evaluated and Supported
A team lead confirms whether each VA passes the 10-hour evaluation, while continued training, a 40-hour performance review, and ongoing guidance help ensure they are ready for greater responsibilities.
Data Handled with Care
VAs complete a confidentiality agreement during onboarding, while credentials are kept out of general working documents and access is managed based on each VA's assigned responsibilities.

Frequently Asked Questions
A few answers about our assistants, your information, and getting started.
Where are your virtual assistants based, and what time zone do they work in?
Our virtual assistants work remotely from different locations, including the Philippines and Africa. We match their working schedule with your ministry's needs, including coverage during U.S. business hours when required.
Will my assistant already understand our terminology and how our ministry works, or do I have to train them from scratch?
You will not have to train your assistant from scratch. Before beginning client work, each VA completes PWA's 10-hour onboarding and evaluation, which includes our mission and values, communication standards, core tools, and a client-service scenario. We also prepare the VA based on your ministry's systems, terminology, priorities, and preferred way of working during onboarding.
What if my assigned assistant isn't the right fit?
Please let your team lead know as soon as possible. We will discuss the concern, provide additional guidance or training where appropriate, and determine whether reassignment to another VA would better support your ministry.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
Before services begin, you will receive a service agreement explaining your package, scope of work, payment terms, and cancellation conditions. PWA offers monthly and longer-term arrangements, so your cancellation terms will depend on the option stated in your agreement.
How is our ministry's data and financial information kept secure?
Every VA completes a confidentiality agreement during onboarding. Access to ministry records and working files is limited according to assigned responsibilities, and passwords or sensitive credentials are not stored in general working documents. For sensitive financial work, access and approval procedures are agreed upon with the client before work begins.
How long does it take to get matched and start working with an assistant?
Matching begins after your agreement is signed, your first payment is received, and your intake information is completed. We then select a VA based on your services, schedule, and ministry needs, confirm your start date, and hold an onboarding or kickoff call before regular work begins.
